Baked Chicken Legs
Bake the chicken legs in the oven for 25 minutes.
Baked chicken legs. Preheat the oven and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or a Silpat liner. Here is a guide. Baked chicken should be cooked to a temperature of at least 165 degrees but for legs I let them cook longer.
Line a large baking dish with foil then baking paper. Arrange chicken legs out in a single layer. Place drumsticks mayonnaise soy honey sesame seeds and oil in a large bowl.
Pour sauce over top. Top with a wire rack. Brush chicken legs with any extra marinade left in.
Place chicken legs in a large bowl. Preheat oven to 210C190C fan-forced. These baked chicken drumsticks only take a few minutes of prep and just about 45 minutes of bake time.
Chicken legs at 375F convection or 400F conventional about 40-45 minutes. Continue to bake until juices run. Prepare all ingredients and preheat the oven to 400F.
Increase the baking time to 45 to 50 minutes. Can be the easiest dinner one can make when the time is scarce. Bake the chicken leg quarters or thigh-drumstick pieces uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 175F on your meat thermometer.
