Cheesy Olive Bread
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cheesy olive bread. Spread mixture onto the cut sides of bread. Slice the olives and parsley and cut the ham. In a small bowl or the bowl of your mixer mix together the water yeast and honey.
Spread evenly over french bread. Pour into a buttered loaf pan 9 by 5 inches. Then select Speed 2 for 30 seconds.
Cover with a plastic wrap and place in room temperature for 12-16 hours. Using a kitchen brush spread the melted butter on top of the loaf and bake for 45 - 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes. Slice your french bread in half horizontally combine remaining ingredients together making a thick paste.
Dissolve the yeast in water add the rye flour and mix until fully incorporated. In your mixer bowl add 1 14 cup of the all purpose flour whole wheat flour. Oil a large bowl.
Scoop out some of the surface making a shallow well. Spread mixture onto French bread that has been sliced. Top with cheese to cover the olive.
Spread cheese mixture over cut sides of. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet cut side up and toast for 3 minutes to get a slight toast on the bread. Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise.
