Chicken Rice Casserole
Place the chicken on the rice mixture.

Melt 3 tablespoons unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour into a greased 3-quart casserole dish. Made with only 4 ingredients this dish has juicy chicken breasts.
Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl. This can be prepared a day or two in advance and baked before serving. Bake the chicken and rice as directed and then sprinkle with the cheese andor the breadcrumbs.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil then bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Add one can each of Cream of Chicken Soup Cream of. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
