Chipped Beef Cheese Ball Recipe
Oil or spray your hands with nonstick and shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball.

In a large bowl add the cream cheese chipped beef reserving about ΒΌ cup green onions cheddar cheese Worcestershire sauce garlic powder and salt. Mix all ingredients together reserving a couple ounces of the beef. Total Time 10 minutes.
Roll into a ball and wrap in plastic. Chill for at least an hour or until firm. Combine all ingredients form into a ball and refrigerate.
Place reserved chipped beef and green onions on a plate or in a large bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. In a separate bowl mix together remaining chopped dried beef and chopped scallion.
Once incorporated mix in garlic and onion powders. No holiday is complete without a Chipped Beef Cheese Ball on the table. Place remaining beef in a small shallow bowl.
