Chili Sauce Kale Chips Recipe Here is a fun and spicy kale chips recipe that adds an interesting flavor to the kale.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Once brown and crispy let cool completely on the baking sheet. In a medium bowl top the kale with the olive oil.
By baking at a low temperature for a longer period of time the kale gets crispy without browning or burning yielding perfectchips every time. Step 1 Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F. 1 tsp of Sriracha Chili Sauce if you like really spicy food you can add.
These would go great as an appetizer or as a snack. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat oven to 175degC350 Fahrenheit.
Bake for 25-40 minutes or until the kale is crispy and just begins to brown. Tear kale leaves into roughly 3-4cm bite-sized.
